Dr. W. Ma is the secretary of CPC in the Department of Environmental Science & Engineering at Fudan University. He obtained his Ph.D. from the East China Normal University in 1997. His research interests include air pollutants emission inventory, environmental mathematical model, Geographic Information System (GIS), environmental planning and assessment.
