Dr. W. Dong is the director of the POPs Center of Fudan university. He received Ph.D. from Fudan University in 2006. He visited Chuba University, Japan in 2010~2011. Dr. Dong’s research is focused on the free radical chemistry and photo-chemistry in environment, pollution control for the greenhouse gas and ozone depleting substances, low-carbon economy and energy-saving management.
